Sculpture author Teodoras Kazimieras Valaitis. It is a "playing" sculpture: kinetic sculptor used items – the hook planes when strong wind blowing in their emitted hoot similar to the bell peal. The sculpture was erected in 1982, eight years after T. K. Valaitis's tragic death. "Flower" was the first metal-plastic sculpture, which came to form such an ensemble of sculptures at Alytus Youth Park.
